The Direct Investment Department offers financing solutions to SME’s and consumers, in compliance with laws and instructions issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait and the established credit rules and practices. We also engage in secondary market transactions. We manage Istithmar World’s direct investments of strategic nature by initiating, managing and divesting direct investments, governmental projects, and non-governmental projects. Such investments range across several asset classes, including equity, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, infrastructure investments, and real estate.
